Tenant events inspire community and collaboration among tenants through informal interactions. Whether it is sharing a meal or participating in various holiday celebrations check how examples of our events below:
A tenant favorite is our summer series called “Midweek Mobile Eats” where we invite a different local food truck to join us on our patio throughout the summer. A great way to enjoy lunch outdoors and share in engaging conversation with colleagues.
In the winter we take advantage of our large conference center to celebrate the holidays with live music, catered food, and fun for all ages. Other holiday events include decor and contests for Halloween costumes along with various celebrations throughout the year.
One and Two Discovery Square is well established with community organizations in the downtown area. In the past we have partnered with Rochester Community Bike Club for free bike tune ups and Paws and Claws a local animal shelter.
Whether it is National Pizza Day or National Lego Day we are always ready to celebrate. Tenants enjoy complimentary refreshments to celebrate the little things.
We have various larger gathering often in the summer to take advantage of the weather. In August we have our Annual Summer BBQ and various happy hours throughout the summer.
Our tenants are busy so we often try to incorperate aspects of our events that can be enjoyed on the go such as take home kits and quick bites to east on your way through the lobby.

Join us in Collaboration Hall from 11:00 am - 1pm for a lunchtime snack, and the return of our festive films on the big screen. We will be theming our showings around the upcoming Holidays each month for the last quarter of the year. This months showing is Halloweentown a family fun favorite from 1998.
Join us in Collaboration Hall from 11:00 am - 1 pm for an award-winning singer-songwriter and multi-instrumentalist, Hannah Lou Woods creates heartfelt folksy-bluesy-pop: soulful songs with lyrical depth, powerful melodies, and intricate arrangements on instruments such as piano, ukulele, and guitar.
Come dressed in your best costume for a fun photo op or create your own with our festive props! No tricks here, but treats can certainly be found in Collaboration Hall from 11:00 am-1 pm.
Planning an event? Common spaces at One and Two Discovery Square are available for tenants to use. With catering from Café Steam and professional event-planning support, your event is sure to be a success.
