Dynamic Programming Fosters Structured Serendipity

Programming and connection are central to One and Two Discovery Square, even amid the pandemic when most tenants worked from home. The programming helped maintain a sense of community and connectedness during a time of isolation and strengthened associations among tenants.

  • Happy hours that draw people from across downtown
  • Wellness Wednesdays — a rotating array of yoga, massage, meditation and more
  • LeaderSHARE, a quarterly gathering among tenants’ leaders
  • Right Brain, which includes the arts, aims to spark creativity
  • Events partnering with local non-profits
  • Summer BBQs with food and yard games
  • Biweekly TGIM (Thank God It's Monday) free food gatherings for tenants
  • Taco Bout Innovation lunch-and-learns
  • 1 Million Cups entrepreneurship gathering
